These terms apply to every stay at Andalus Villas (Malaga Villa, Granada Villa and Cordoba Villa) in Sapanca, Sakarya, Türkiye. By booking a villa you accept them.

1. Booking and payment

Bookings are made by WhatsApp, phone or email. To confirm a booking you can pay by credit card, make a bank transfer, or arrange the payment with our sales team on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we confirm it in writing.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. These times can be changed at the guest’s request, subject to availability. Our receptionist meets guests at the villa for check-in and check-out.

3. Number of guests

The number of people staying may not exceed the capacity of the villa: Malaga Villa 15 persons, Granada Villa 9 persons, Cordoba Villa 9 persons. Guests’ identity details are recorded at check-in as required by Turkish law.

4. What the price includes

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden care, clean towels and bed linen, and cleaning before arrival. Meals, daily or extra cleaning, bed linen change during the stay, transportation and car rental are not included; cleaning can be arranged on request at extra cost.

5. Security deposit and care of the villa

A security deposit is paid in cash at check-in and is returned at check-out if there is no damage to the villa. Guests are asked to use the villa, its furniture and equipment with care and to report any damage.

6. House rules

Pets are not allowed. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside the villa and may not be brought in from outside. Parties and events must be arranged with the management in advance.

7. Pool and safety

The pools are private and have no lifeguard. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool.

8. Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled at least one month before the check-in date, the amount paid in advance is refunded, less any transfer fees.

9. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
